Please read the Terms & Conditions before your service appointment.


  1. Payment Terms
    The Art of Yu Studio requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.
     

  2. Our Guarantee
    We aim for 100% satisfaction, but if you are not completely satisfied with your service and/or visit, we will work to improve and correct any and all dissatisfying aspects of your experience.
     

  3. Booking Policy
    We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online, by calling (518)643-0999 or in person.
     

  4. Cancellation Policy
    If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
     

  5. Late Policy
    If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
     

  6. Enquiries
    We accept email enquiries about our services, hairdressers, makeup artist and product range. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.
