Pico Q-Switch Laser Tattoo Lightening/Removal

With the use of our Pico Q-switch laser we can help lighten/remove black ink as well as colored inks from the skin. Many variables go into the removal such as the type of ink used, the pressure that was used to implant ink, the depth of the ink in the skin, and how well your body is able to flush pigment out of your system. With those factors, we cannot anticipate how many sessions will be needed. You can purchase a lidocaine cream prior to your session to help ease any discomfort.

Paramedical & Cosmetic Tattooing

While permanent makeup is a tattoo, it will fade over time. The skin fades for many reasons including, but not limited to: skin texture and condition, age, picking of the tattoo during the healing process, rubbing during healing, improper post care, medications, excessive sweating, rejection of pigment, sun exposure, skin care products and health issues. This can not be predicted ahead of time because healing and retention can vary from person. You will need to maintain the color with touch-ups over time.

Paramedical and Cosmetic tattooing are a process and always requires multiple sessions to achieve the final result. The 2nd session must be scheduled within the first 8 weeks from the 1st session or it will be forfeited. Procedure work is not considered complete without this 2nd visit. No credit is issued for missed or non-scheduled 2nd sessions.

Color refresh touch-ups are required to maintain color as fading will occur over time. The frequency of your touch-ups will depend on your skin. This natural fading allows for future changes in color due to aging and style decisions. Sometimes a 3rd visit is needed to finish the work if a client has poor retention or does not tolerate the procedure as well as others. If a 3rd session is needed, it must be completed no later than 12 weeks from the 1st session date.
